Policies of the Examination Scrutiny Committee:
- Minimum two sessional examinations (for Semester students), and three (for all other batches) distributed throughout the academic year for each subject should be conducted in university exam pattern.
- Half(for semester)/ one by third(all other batches) of the total portion can be included in each sessional exam.
- It should be submitted to the Principal and she will select the question paper to be given.
- It is the responsibility of the subject in charge to make sure that the theory classes of the portions of the scheduled examination should be finished at least 2 weeks before the given date.
- Because of any unavoidable or unexpected reason if anyone find difficulty in completing classes in time, postpone the exam after informing the UG/PG Coordinator and principal and the rescheduled time table should be provided to the students.
- Practical exams(Minimum one for undergraduates and three for Post graduates) will be conducted in university model at the end of clinical experience for undergraduates and after the completion of each 1/3 rd clinical specialty posting for post-graduates
- At least two weeks(for semester)/ one month(all other batches) prior tothe date of examination the class coordinators shall prepare and display the exam notice and time tables for examinations, in consultation with the concerned HODs.
- Exam time table should be signed by the class coordinator, course coordinator, exam scrutiny cell secretary and principal.
- The concerned subject experts will prepare two sets of question papers with blue print for all subjects and it will be submitted to the principal and she will choose the question paper to be used in exam.
- One invigilator should be appointed for every 25 students.
- Answer sheets should be returned to the students within seven working days after the conduction of examination.
- A PTA meeting is mandatory after the completion of each sessional examination.
- After each sessional exam the outcome analysis can be done and it should be presented in the next faculty meeting by the class/ subject coordinators and it should be filed.
