Caritas College of Nursing is committed to ensuring that all research activities is done inaccordance with the highest standards of professional and ethical conducts. Research is the foundation of knowledge that brings new energy,builds state of the art facilities,promotes research publications,develops collaborations and becomes part of the community that shares the mission objectives.The research policies of the Caritas College of Nursing aspires to support and create a culture of research amongst the faculty, staff and students and intends to leverage it for enriching and enhancing the professional competence of the faculty members and students. A research committee has been functioning in the college since 2013 on initiation of the PG course. The committee ensures the quality of PG dissertations, UG research projects and departmental projects and will be referred to the Caritas Ethics committee for approval. A Research Advisory Committee is also constituted as per the QAS guidelines of Kerala University of Health Sciences on 2ndDecember 2021. The committee will carry out an advisory role in improving the quality of research conducted by students and faculty of the institution and suggest measures to enhance the research enabling environment of the institution.
