This committee assures that all the teaching and non-teaching staffs are treated with dignity,
respect and address any complaints or problems experienced in their work place.
Functions:
To provide the employee with an easily accessible and fair means of being heard.
To alert administration in a systematic way to find causes of employee dissatisfaction
and to provide a formal mechanism to ensure prompt and equitable response.
To contribute in a positive way towards the development of mutual respect and
mutual trust.
